Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ForgeFeed Studio for using FeedForge Studio. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
FeedForge helps you discover trends and create, schedule and publish Instagram posts and, with Blog Studio, articles on your own self-hosted WordPress site. Instagram needs a professional (Business or Creator) account; Blog Studio needs WordPress 5.6 or newer on HTTPS. AI generation uses your own key from Google, Anthropic or OpenAI. Features depend on Meta, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, Dropbox and PayPal, which may change or limit their services.
Plans and payment
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Creator: $9.99 per month or $99 per year, up to 1 Instagram account; Agency: $49.99 per month or $499 per year, up to 5 Instagram accounts. Blog Studio is a separate plan: Blog Creator: $9.99 per month or $99 per year, up to 1 WordPress site; Blog Agency: $49.99 per month or $499 per year, up to 5 WordPress sites. If you have both, the second plan is 20% cheaper. Each plan can be cancelled on its own. PayPal charges the plan price when the trial ends and then every billing period until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings → Plan & billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees for your Google AI key are between you and Google.
Your content and accounts
You own what you create. You are responsible for what you publish, including that you have the rights to images and text, and that posts follow Instagram's rules and the law. AI-generated content can be wrong or resemble existing works: review it before publishing.
Acceptable use
Don't use FeedForge for spam, misleading or illegal content, to infringe others' rights, or to access accounts you don't own or manage.
Availability and liability
We work to keep FeedForge running but provide it "as is", without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
