Delete your data

You can delete your FeedForge Studio account and all of its data at any time.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

1. Sign in to FeedForge Studio.
2. Open Settings → Plan & billing.
3. Choose Delete account and data and confirm with your password.

This permanently deletes your login, Instagram connections and tokens, WordPress connections (and their saved passwords), articles, drafts, versions, generated images, Brand DNA and settings, revokes Google Drive and Dropbox access, and cancels your PayPal subscriptions. Posts already published on Instagram or your WordPress site stay there.

Remove FeedForge's access in Instagram or Facebook

In Instagram go to Settings → Apps and websites (or in Facebook, Settings → Business integrations) and remove FeedForge. FeedForge then can no longer read or publish to that account.

Ask through Instagram or Facebook

When you remove FeedForge in Instagram or Facebook you can also ask for your data to be deleted. Meta then tells FeedForge, and we delete what we received from Meta for that account right away: the saved login, the copy of your profile, cached posts, insights and trends. You get a confirmation code; enter it below or open the link Meta shows you to check the status. Drafts you made in FeedForge stay until you delete your FeedForge account as described above.

Can't sign in?

On the sign-in screen choose Forgot password? to set a new password by email, then delete the account as above. If you remove FeedForge's access in Instagram or Facebook and stop your plan, the workspace is deleted automatically 14 days after the plan ends.
